Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a Call: If you need to cancel your scheduled call, please reply to the confirmation text or contact us at least 30 minutes before the appointment time. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients. 3. Rescheduling a Call: To reschedule your call, please reply to the confirmation text with your preferred new date and time or contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. 4. Missed Calls: If you miss the scheduled call without prior notice, we will follow up with a text message to reschedule. However, repeated missed calls without notice may affect future booking opportunities. 5. Emergency Changes: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your call on short notice due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable time.
