Who We Are
We’re Giorgia and Mattia, two Italians who landed in Sydney 7 years ago. Moving here has been fantastic, but as true Italians, we’ve been missing our food terribly—everything it represents: Sunday lunches at Grandma’s, seaside feasts, and dinners with friends… always with a delicious meal at the center of it all.
Sure, Australia has plenty of fun and great company, but we’ve struggled to find that tradition of food as the true heart of a happy event. And for us Italians—with lasagna running through our veins—it’s a bit of a tragedy!
Luckily… Mattia is a chef with over 15 years of experience. He’s a head chef at a restaurant, has recorded cooking courses, and—most importantly—absolutely loves cooking at home! As for me, Giorgia, I take advantage of his talent every chance I get (as anyone would!) and from this “everyday blessing” was born the idea of bringing a little bit of Italy here to Australia, sharing with you our passion for good food and attention to detail.
